Hi, I’m Claudia
Since entering the workforce, I struggled to find a career that suited me.
My journey has been confusing and draining at times. While well-intended, the advice from others hasn't always resonated with me and has sometimes made me feel anxious.
I often felt adrift, changing jobs every six months in search of something fulfilling. Along the way, I started piecing together aspects I enjoyed from each role. But it took me a long time.
MY GOAL
My goal is to assist you in navigating this period more efficiently than I did, without offering advice but guiding you to discover your true desires and strengths.
It shouldn't require changing jobs frequently to find your path.
The time I spent searching for direction could have been more effectively used with coaching, which I lacked at the time.
Now, I'm here to support you on your journey.
